What I do at Flint Bishop
Laura joined Flint Bishop in October 2024 as an Internal Recruiter, with a focus on supporting the firm grow through recruiting excellent people into the departments across all locations.
Laura began her recruitment career in 2017 at Workchain, where she swiftly progressed from Trainee to Account Manager for one of their largest clients, Lidl. She later moved to Macildowie Associates followed by Cherry Professional, where she specialised in clerical finance recruitment. Laura’s success has been built on her ability to develop strong client relationships and her expertise in both temporary and permanent recruitment.

In 2021, Laura joined G4S, managing the recruitment process for a large-scale, high-volume project, demonstrating her ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Most recently, she has been working as a Recruitment Business Partner at AMS for Santander, where she has been recognised for her outstanding stakeholder management and strategic contributions.
