Ella joined the internal recruitment team in October 2023 as an Internal Recruiter.
Ella began her recruitment career in an agency, where she began as a Recruitment Assistant to the temporary division, before quickly stepping up to a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role after many notable successes.
Managing a temporary recruitment desk is no mean feat. Ella would often be expected to meet high volumes of placements to strict time constraints and provide agile recruitment solutions to her client’s workforce challenges. A challenge which she embraced wholeheartedly.
